Jason was born in New York and raised in Fayetteville , NC , where he attended Seventy-First High School. After his graduation, he attended Western Carolina University on an Athletic Scholarship. He received degrees in Criminal Justice and Social Studies from Western Carolina University and later a Masters in Administration from Lincoln Memorial University .
Jason has been a resident of Jackson County for twelve years. Jason begins his third year back at Cherokee after a six year absence as the Assistant Principal for the High School. Prior to his new position, he was over the Behavior Modification Program, an assistant football coach, head wrestling coach, and head middle school track coach. Jason is the father of three children Gabe(11), Brenden(8), and Austin(3). Jason enjoys spending time with his children in his leisure time.
