Welcome to Our Classroom

Please continue to practice with your student every night.  Your student will have two or three books from the classroom and a library book.  Make sure to list the books read each night on the reading list.  When the reading list is full, please sign it.  We will return a new Reading List and report the number of books read to the library.  If you are reading a chapter book to your student, you may record the chapter(s) read .  Please have your student record the books he has read each night.  Your student may have seatwork to complete also.  Have him do it in a timely manner and return it to school for credit.

We are Keepers of the Little People

The Sacred Path program is a character education program developed to promote caring, responsibility, and respect for self and others while following traditional tribal beliefs. Each grade level meets to discuss issues that need to be addressed within the grade block and the school. Together they determine solutions to any problems that are addressed and work together to solve those problems. Students and teachers work together on the Sacred Path to make the school a safe place to learn.
